Terms of Service

If you are not satisfied with your artwork/print(s) or have changed your mind, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. 

To arrange a refund, please send an email outlining the reason you would like to return your item to info@zenofineart.com. We will then need to receive the product within 14 days of the refund being actioned. 

We require items to be returned in original condition, in the full original packaging. Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. 

Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of us receiving the goods, although please allow up to 5-10 working days for the balance to be restored to your account. Please note: we unfortunately, cannot refund shipping costs back to you unless the product is faulty or damaged.
