ABOUT THE ARTWORK
During two expeditions to Iceland in 2014, Miss Aniela posed models in the most stunning and famous locations to create a line of ‘extreme fashion’ that are surrealistic in themselves. For such a feat to work required brave models with stamina, stylists and designers who didn’t fear the elements and could work quickly, and hardy photography gear that wouldn’t break in subzero temperatures and lashing rains of changeable weather. This piece was created in the caves at Reynisfjara beach.
